Ledgers Academy is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. For privacy questions, withdrawal of newsletter consent, or requests concerning your data, email contact@ledgersacadamy.com. We do not sell personal data.
Contact form
When you use “Write to Me”, we process your name, email address, selected subject, message, submission time and the technical information needed to deliver the form. We use it to answer your request and take requested steps before a possible agreement. Our legal bases are legitimate interests in handling correspondence and, where relevant, steps at your request before entering a contract. Submissions are stored in Wordpuppi and sent as an email notification. We normally delete or anonymise them within 12 months after the last contact unless they must be retained longer for legal claims or accounting.
The Letter
When you subscribe, we process your email address and optional name to send The Letter. The legal basis is your consent. Wordpuppi stores the subscription in the Members list until you unsubscribe. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@ledgersacadamy.com; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. We retain records needed to demonstrate consent for as long as reasonably necessary.
Website delivery and security
Cloudflare and Wordpuppi may process IP address, device and browser information, requested URL, timestamps and security events to deliver and protect the website. This is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable service. Provider security logs follow their respective retention schedules.
Advertising and consent
Content pages include Google AdSense code. For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google’s certified consent management platform presents choices under IAB TCF 2.3. Depending on your choice, Google and its advertising partners may process identifiers, IP address, device information and activity to provide, protect, measure or personalise advertising. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Privacy and cookie settings”. Read how Google uses data from partner sites and our cookie information.
Affiliate links
Selected editorial pages may contain clearly labelled affiliate placements. A referral identifier in the destination link can tell the merchant that a visit or purchase came from Ledgers Academy. The merchant receives the ordinary technical request data required to open its site and processes any later purchase under its own privacy information. Ledgers Academy does not receive your payment details or use affiliate links to make automated decisions about you.
Market data
The market tools request public data directly from CoinGecko. CoinGecko receives the technical request data needed to answer, such as IP address, requested endpoint and browser information. Ledgers Academy does not use those requests for profiling or store your market searches.
Service providers and international transfers
We use Wordpuppi for forms, members and site management; Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and security; Postmark as an email delivery provider; Google for consent management and, after approval, advertising; and CoinGecko for market data. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where required, transfers rely on applicable adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other lawful safeguards. Each provider also publishes information about its own processing and retention.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent. Email contact@ledgersacadamy.com. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), at imy.se.
